North Georgia Veterans to support SHARE at July 6 Terraces concert

The North Georgia Veterans will be collecting donations for the SHARE Program at the upcoming July 6 concert featuring GlowBand, at the Terraces Amphitheater.  This has become an annual practice and the association takes pride in being able to help sustain the SHARE Program. Please note that one hundred cents of every dollar collected goes to this program.  No administrative expenses are deducted.

The Shepherd Center, located in Atlanta is a private not-for-profit hospital specializing in medical treatment, research and rehabilitation of people with spinal cord injury, brain injury, multiple sclerosis, spine and chronic pain, and other neuromuscular conditions. The SHARE Military Initiative is a comprehensive rehabilitation program that focuses on assessment and treatment for service men and women who have sustained a mild to moderate traumatic brain injury, along with co-occurring PTSD or other mental health concerns (such as depression or anxiety), from service in post-9/11 conflicts. All donations are appreciated.

GlowBand (formally named GLOW) is a high-performance musical group specializing in exceptional vocals, brilliant harmony and note-perfect music. Based out of Atlanta, the group has a long list of extremely satisfied, high-profile clients. GlowBand has been together for 11 years and has played in just about every event facility in the southeast, selling out consistently.

“The music, vocals and amazing 4-to-6 voice harmonies are breathtaking, absolutely note-perfect reproductions of the quintessential “Eagles’ Sound,” according to the band’s website.

If you are unable to attend the concert you may nevertheless make a donation. Please place your [tax deductible] check made payable to the “Shepherd Center’s SHARE Military Initiative.” in the North Georgia Veterans alpha box in the Big Canoe mail facility. Or you can mail your donation directly to the Shepherd Center, 2020 Peachtree Rd. N.W., Atlanta, GA 30309.
