Tigger—BCAR’s feline version of Jimmy Durante
By Henrietta Hall
Tigger came to us with a greatly enlarged nose, hence the name Tigger. He suffered from an infection called “pillow foot” which caused an enlarged nose and paw pads. He has been successfully treated for this condition and although his nose has decreased considerably in size, it will probably always be slightly enlarged. I think it gives him a dignified Romanesque profile!
He is a six- to seven-year old tabby male and is extremely affectionate; he can’t get enough loving. Tigger gets along beautifully with other cats and is not aggressive at all, he is very playful. He would make a great addition to any family and needs a forever home. If you are at all interested, give us a call or come visit during Saturday Open House.
