Meet Dale and Roo at BCAR open house April 13

By Cecilia Fraschillo

Handsome, inquisitive, gentle and affectionate are perfect descriptors of the brothers Dale and Roo. These adolescent boys are approximately 11 months old. Roo is a true gray tabby with beautiful stripes and bright blue/green eyes. Dale is dark gray with a Bengal swirl pattern in his fur.

They are both temporarily shy around strangers, but they have become very familiar with our Maggie’s House volunteers. They come out of hiding, seeking head rubs and petting and are especially friendly at feeding time. They love to play with the toys in Maggie’s House and with the younger cats. Each is always very welcoming to the kittens who love to cuddle with them.

Either of these two would do well independently but would also be very happy to be adopted together. If you are interested in meeting either or both of these big, handsome guys, please come by BCAR’s Open House any Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. or contact BCAR and we will be glad to arrange a visit.
