Get on your paddle board, pull out your kayak, float your canoe or fill up your pontoon with friends for an evening on the lake! All are encouraged to light up your boards, kayak or boats, bring the fun and don't forget about your picnic baskets and favorite liberations! Contact the Marina for rentals! Wildflower Bunch open its 2018 season. Wednesday, March 7 with its meeting and Spring Luncheon that follows Print and complete the membership form at https://www.wildflowerbunch.com/membership.html and sign up for luncheon, or pick-up forms at the postal facility.

Legacy of Caring Gala & Auction. Saturday, April 21. Clubhouse at Lake Sconti.
The evening will include live and silent auctions and entertainment by Broadway Actor, Courtenay Collins. Honorary Chairs for the Gala are Big Canoe residents, Sandy and Jeff Downing. The Masters of Ceremony are former University of Georgia head football coach, Vince Dooley, and his wife, Barbara Dooley. Tickets $100 per person, includes buffet dinner with wine, available online, www.bigcanoelegacy.org.   Dress is black-tie optional. Proceeds benefit charitable organizations in Pickens and Dawson counties that focus on the well-being of women and children.
