Knowledge Series: “United States Tax History with Display of Memorabilia” by Jeff Scroggin–Sunday, Feb. 11 at 4:30 p.m. in the Mountains Grille at The Clubhouse at Lake Sconti. Beverages served at 4 p.m. Reservations are required to ensure a $7 seat the presentation. Single Ladies Supper Club–will meet on Sunday, Feb. 11 at 5 p.m. at the home of Rita Van Fleet for an antipasto to dolce Italian dinner. Bear Society’s Mardi Gras–on Saturday, Feb 10 at 6 p.m. at the Black Bear Pub and the Sconti and Mountain Grill rooms. In addition to the kitchen’s regular dinner menu, Cajun Chef, Jeff Moreau, has offered to help Chef Tulio prepare a Louisiana favorite–red beans and Rice with special Cajun pork sausage and King Cake. Music with New Orleans Jazz and Mardi Gras favorites.  DJ Mike Ehrlich will help with the entertainment.
