Big Canoe establishes search committee for new general manager
Notice to all Property Owners
Your Property Owners Association (POA) Board of Directors is establishing a search committee pursuant to Big Canoe Policy 101 and Procedure 101.1 to find qualified candidates for the position of General Manager.
POA Vice President, Steve Wilson, will be the chairman of the search committee. If you have an interest in serving on this committee please consider the following:
- Your availability to attend regularly scheduled committee meetings and conducting multiple telephone interviews beginning in mid-September through the end of October.
- Your proficiency in conducting both telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Your past experience in successfully selecting General Manager level positions within a mid-size company (over 100 employees with revenue in excess of $10 million).
- Your past POA committee experience and willingness to work in a volunteer committee environment.
Our goal is to have the Search Committee formed no later than Aug. 22, 2017.
