Welcome to the Big Canoe HOA Web Site!

You've probably noticed our fresh coat of paint-a new look and feel for the HOA web site. The enhancements to the site have been focused upon improving HOA operational efficiency and communications to you, the member.

Phase Two resulted in the site you see now.

Phase Three is available now and includes:

Online membership dues payment - if you would like to join the HOA or renew your membership
Online ballots for HOA Board elections - membership dues will have to be paid before you can vote.
Online RSVP to HOA events and online payment for those events
Online ticketing system - for quick response to web site issues, located in the "Get Help" menu at the top of the page

HOA Board action plans are solidifying

A lot of energy is at work on behalf of the community

Your HOA Board of Directors gathered in the new Smoke Signals office in the Foothills Shopping Center the morning of August 17; grabbed a cup of coffee from Steamin’ Joe’s (if you have not visited SJ’s, go! It’s a cool place to visit); and, set about to put clarity to some planned actions in support of the community.

In an attempt to increase dialogue, the HOA board should have these actions finalized by publication time of the September Smoke Signals:

Launched the HOA website that is easier to navigate; provides quick helpful directions; and one that is linked to Smoke Signals Online
Put in place a process that encourages timely interaction with the Board through an email contact system using @BigCanoeHOA.org
Updated the organization board in the postal facility that identifies Board members responsible for areas of action
Printed an updated version of the “new resident” manual
Improved task clarity for the HOA Board using Communication, Advocacy and Programs as drivers to focus action and implementation
