Welcome to the NEW Big Canoe HOA Web Site!

You've probably noticed our fresh coat of paint-a new look and feel for the HOA web site. The enhancements to the site have been focused upon improving HOA operational efficiency and communications to you, the member.

Our first phase included enhancements to Smoke Signals^TM Online. If you haven't yet seen our exciting new layout, be sure to check it out by clicking here.

Phase Two resulted in the site you see now.

Phase Three is available now and includes:

Online membership dues payment - if you would like to join the HOA or renew your membership: Click here to learn how
Online ballots for HOA Board elections - membership dues will have to be paid before you can vote.
Online RSVP to HOA events and online payment for those events
Online surveys, such as the Smoke Signals^TM Online survey held earlier this year
An online ticketing system for quick response to web site issues, located in the "Get Help" menu at the top of the page

HOA Resident Directory

In order to improve the accuracy of entries in the HOA Resident Directory, we are consolidating individual accounts on the HOA site into household accounts.

To help this effort, and in preparation for the HOA Print Directory, if you & your spouse both have an account:

Please login with the primary spouse's account on www.BigCanoeHOA.org.
Select "My Directory Listing" from the HOA Main Menu in the center column.
Make sure all information is correct and add your spouse's information toward the bottom of the form.

Please take this action as quickly as possible!

HOA Completes Smoke Signals Market Research

George Thurman As most of you know, the Home Owners’ Association owns and publishes Smoke Signals™ and Smoke Signals™ On-Line. At last year’s annual meeting of the HOA, I listed conducting market research on SS and SSOL as one of the three main objectives the Board would address during my term as president. I am very pleased to announce that we have completed the Market Research and are already starting to make some major changes.
