Introduction
Smoke Signals Online and the Homeowners Association of Big Canoe, Inc. is pleased to offer interactive Personal Classified Ads on the Smoke Signals Online web site. Our objective is to enhance our residents' and property owners' ability to fulfill their personal classified advertising needs within the community and to the general public. And, to encourage the general public to advertise in Big Canoe Classifieds personal goods and services of value to residents of Big Canoe, Georgia and surrounding North Georgia communities.

Access to Big Canoe Classifieds by viewers is not restricted. Viewers can explore and respond to ads by simply following category links or by searching for text-specific content. Anyone can post personal goods and services classified ads. Anyone desiring to post an ad must complete a simple registration. Thereafter, a simple login allows you access to place ads, modify, delete or renew your existing ads and modify your profile - All with complete security.

We do not share registration information with anyone - period.

Rules
Classifieds Ads placed in Big Canoe Classifieds are FREE of charge to individual advertisers. Ads are displayed for 60 day periods and may be renewed an indefinite number of times. E-mail notice to the advertiser of impending ad expiration occurs automatically. Effective June 24, 2008 all commercial ads in Big Canoe Classifieds will be allowed to run out their 60 day display period. Big Canoe Classifieds no longer accepts commercial ads. Smoke Signals Online now offers a full featured online business directory and banner advertising program for businesses desiring exposure to the Big Canoe community.

Image content may be posted with your ad. A built-in Upload tool will assist you in uploading the images you wish to display when you place an ad. Uploaded images must be .gif or .jpg or .png format and must not be larger than 100 Kb. An attempt to upload a larger image will be automatically denied by the system.

A maximum of three classified ads will be accepted for simultaneous display from an individual advertiser. Attempts to flood the Smoke Signals Online Classified Ads will result in suspension of the advertiser's login privileges. When an ad is posted it is not immediately available for viewing. Each ad is subject to review and approval by the system administrator.

Smoke Signals Online and the Homeowners Association of Big Canoe, Inc. reserve the right to refuse and/or remove any ad deemed to be unacceptable or of no value to our community.
